I spent two decades inside some of the world's largest talent and technology organizations — Adecco, Korn Ferry, Kelly Services, and most recently Heidrick & Struggles — leading the systems and teams that connect people to opportunity at scale. The common thread across every role was the same challenge: how do you make complex inventory — whether that's candidates, cars, or watches — discoverable by the people who need it?
In June 2026 I left corporate life to work on that problem full time.
Filters and sort functions were always the answer, and they were always wrong. They impose the seller's categories on the buyer's intent. The buyer knows what they want. The UI just never asked them.
Revantex is built on a straightforward premise: conversational AI is better at discovery than any filter ever will be. A customer who can say “I want something under $5,000 that looks vintage but runs modern” should get a useful answer — not 47 results and a size dropdown.
I built Revantex starting with what I know: independent watch and automotive retailers where the product knowledge gap between seller and buyer is widest, and where a great conversation at the right moment converts. The same engine works for any retailer with deep inventory and customers who deserve better than keyword search.
